We encourage you to reach out to us at any time. We will either update our card list accordingly or present you with a private offer at the most competitive rate available.
What are the shipping costs?
We provide complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $50 (automatically applied). Additionally, a one-time sign-up code for $10 off is available for orders ranging from $30 to $50.

What is the expected delivery time for shipments?

Is it possible to track my shipment?
Yes, you will be able to track your package as soon as the international carrier scans it.

What steps should I take if my shipment is delayed?
We encourage you to Contact Us via email or live chat at your convenience.
- If the tracking status has not updated after departure, the package may be awaiting flight.
- If it has not updated upon arrival in the destination country, it might be in a customs clearance queue.
- If the status has not changed after customs clearance, the package may be awaiting pickup by the local carrier for final delivery.
