Thank you for choosing FansTradingCards as your collection contributor.
*All buyers' fund will be protected and processed by PAYPAL.
For item returns, we offer a 100% refund or free replacement in conditions:
- The package was lost by either the international or the destination country's local shipping carrier.
- The package was seized by the Customs for any reason and notified of no clearance.
- Items were received in damaged condition:
- major border wear (more than 7 spots or any spot longer than 5 mm)
- scratching or scuffing (longer than 2 cm)
- bends
- tears
- splitting
- foreign substances such as food or liquid
- Other damages that impact the integrity of the card
- Refund request should be sent to FansTradingCards through Live Chat/Email/Facebook Messenger/Wechat/Reddit Direct Message within 3 days after the Package is delivered.
- We strongly recommend that buyers keep a photo/video record of the box opening for the refund request. We will take care of that within 24 hrs. It will take up to 7 business days for PayPal to process the refund back to the payment source.
